At a regional health center, she served as the DCCS interim laboratory leader during the hospital’s search for a permanent Laboratory Director, a search DCCS also conducted through DCCS interim management and permanent search. As interim, she developed a more customer-focused laboratory service model, achieved full staffing, and built a collaborative approach between the laboratory and the service lines it supports. She has also served as interim Director of Laboratory Services for a critical access hospital.
