DCCS, a full-service healthcare consulting firm, has been retained to conduct a permanent search for Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital (EBCH).  EBCH is a quality Critical Access Hospital located in beautiful Ely, Minnesota. 

We are seeking: 

A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - due to retirement after 33 years

A Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) - due to departure after 16 years

We are seeking individuals capable of and experienced in leading positive sustainable change, growing and developing their people, building long term relationships, and focused on excellence in all they do.

We currently have experienced Transitional Executives in both roles.

Michael Coyle, President and CEO, has been with the organization for 1½ years and brings 20+ years of great executive level experience to EBCH.  He and his leadership team are committed to positive change, growth of the organization, the people who serve, the quality care that patients’ receive, and building an inclusive and "patient first" culture.
